  1. After half of IRS employees were off over 2 years due to pandemic and the culture of not working woke employees does not sit well with hard working employees.

  2. There is a language barrier that exists between employees of the IRS and the public. Most do not speak common English! Very hard to understand what employees are saying. The woke culture has taken over, at least in the minds of liberals. Hire people who can speak English!!!

  3. No mentioned of what the fighting was about. Hard to form an opinion about the matter when you don’t give us the facts about what led to it.

  4. This seems to be happening in everything we do now , it doesn’t seem to matter what it is. There are very few people who are willing to do there job the right way. If we go to a restaurant. The service is not very good most of the time. The worse part is they don’t seem to care. Buy groceries half of the cashiers won’t even talk to us, its because they believe they are owed something for doing nothing. I have talked to many employers and they tell me they are lucky if they even show up for work. They have never had so many call outs before in the time they opened their businesses.

  5. Well hopefully those involved will pay the consequences and be fired immediately. Obviously need capable employees mentally as well as qualified for their work skills
