Warren Attacks Billionaires in America

We’ve reached a point in America where the Democrat Party’s hostility towards economic success is undeniable. Now, if you listen to the Democrats, they’ll claim they want to help struggling people and ensure that everyone has a chance to make it in the United States; this is, in fact, a lie.

If Democrats truly cared about aiding individuals in their quest to rise, then Democrats wouldn’t support policies that penalize success. In the eyes of the left, profits make you evil and the more money you have, the more you ought to be taxed. Now, the left can dress this up and claim that the wealthy need to “pay their fair share,” but anyone who is honest with themselves can see beyond the smoke and mirrors.

During last night’s fourth Democrat debate, 2020 Democrat Elizabeth Warren attacked billionaires, per reports from The Daily Caller News Foundation. Warren had the audacity to claim that billionaires “didn’t build” their fortunes; she also made it very clear that taxing wealth is her ultimate agenda and endgame.

A Closer Look at Warren’s Attacks on Billionaires

Warren is not the first Democrat candidate to call for raising taxes on well-off individuals simply because of their economic success and she won’t be the last. Taxing wealth and demonizing financial prosperity are practically hallmarks of the Democrat Party. At this point in U.S. politics, you’d be hard-pressed to find a Democrat who doesn’t support taxing wealth.

In her attacks on economic success, Warren hilariously prefaced her statements by alleging that she has no “beef” with billionaires. If this were the case, the 2020 Democrat wouldn’t support astronomical taxes on the rich in order to pay for her asinine proposals. However, honesty is not a trait associated with the Democrat Party, unlike pathological lying.

Warren’s statements against billionaires ultimate read as follows:

“My problem is you made a fortune in America, you had a great idea, you got out there and worked for it, good for you. [You] built that fortune in America, I guarantee, you built it in part using workers all of us paid to educate. All I’m saying is, you make it to the top, the top one-tenth of 1%, then pitch in 2 cents so every other kid in America has a chance to make it.”

It’s completely disingenuous for Warren to pretend as though she’s asking billionaires to simply “pitch in 2 cents.”

Success and Prosperity in America

There was a time where success and prosperity were widely viewed as gains and not losses for America. Now, the radical shift of the Democrat Party has led to “capitalist” being viewed as a label of insult amongst the left.

Democrats cannot, in one breath, pretend to care about helping Americans have a shot at making it whilst simultaneously claiming that people who do make it ought to be taxed into oblivion. These two statements are polar opposites to one another.

It’s high time that more people wake up to the truth: the Democrat Party wants Americans to struggle so that their candidates can pretend to care and offer lackluster solutions which merely increase the power of government.

Elizabeth Warren is no champion for working people; neither are any of Democrats, contrary to their current narrative.
