The Democrat Party continues to insist that climate change is a real and prevalent issue. As outlandish as it may seem, there are actually members of the radical left who believe that the world will end in twelve years.
Obviously, rhetoric of this nature is laughable, but it speaks volumes to where the left stands at this point. The truth of the matter is that climate changes all the time; it changes along with the seasons, but facts and truth have never changed the minds of radical progressives.

On Thursday, House Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez traveled to New York in order to host a town hall on climate change. During her time in her home state, one of the congresswoman’s supporters made some very alarming statements about “eating the babies,” as documented by The Daily Caller News Foundation.
Since the outburst of this AOC supporter, both President Trump and his eldest son Donald Trump Jr. weighed in on the matter.

The Democrat Party has repeatedly pushed the narrative that climate change is an existential threat. Sadly, there are certain people in this country who are listening to them and taking their words to heart.
A first-hand example of this manifested during Ocasio-Cortez’s town hall yesterday. During this time, a clearly unhinged supporter of the congresswoman made alarming remarks about “eating the babies,” stating that there’s “not enough time.”

This footage is inarguably disturbing, but it truly shows the ways in which radical, far-leftism erodes mental clarity and stability. Anyone who talks about “eating the babies” is not in their right mind. Shortly thereafter, both President Trump and Don Jr. weighed in with their own thoughts about AOC’s supporter:
Ocasio-Cortez later responded to the president in a tweet of her own by branding him as a “criminal who betrays our country.” Interestingly enough, the congresswoman did not condemn her supporter who called for cannibalism and infanticide in the name of so-called climate change.

After the town hall, AOC spent a lot of time criticizing right-wingers for censuring Ms. “Eat the Babies.” It’s unfortunate that a sitting congresswoman is more concerned about criticism of eating babies than actual calls to eat babies. As of this Friday morning, “eat the babies” is still trending on Twitter.

The world is not going to end in twelve years and it’s also not going to end in “a few months,” despite what AOC’s supporters may believe. Conservatives and other right-wingers should continue to call out radical and unhinged rhetoric. If Ocasio-Cortez and other Democrats don’t like it, perhaps they should think more carefully about the messages which they’re sending out to people in this country.
