Bernie Sanders, for a second election cycle in a row, is feeling the force of the Democrat establishment working against him.
The DNC truly doesn’t want Sanders getting anywhere near the presidency; this is why they awarded Hillary Clinton with a ton of superdelegates in 2016 and it’s why their establishment is working to prop up Joe Biden in this year’s election.

Yesterday marked another round of different states across America voting for their desired nominee. Needless to say, Biden walked away with the win in several states; however, Michigan turned out to be the most impactful one of all, considering the Mitten State’s value of 125 pledged delegates.
In the wake of his loss in Michigan, Sanders went into hiding. Breitbart News reports that the socialist candidate canceled a previously scheduled gathering with his supporters and has yet to make a public address.
Why Sanders Needs to Save Face
The socialist senator’s interest in saving face is rooted in a desire to maintain a modicum of dignity. Sanders aimlessly spent time campaigning in Michigan prior to his loss; the outcome marks yet another blow to the momentum that he once branded as “unstoppable.” Much to Sanders’ chagrin, the Democrat establishment keeps proving their ability to stop the viability of Sanders’ campaign.
Interestingly enough, Biden’s obtainment of yet another endorsement also served as a slap in the face to Sanders. While on CNN, former 2020 Democrat Andrew Yang announced his support of Biden’s presidential run. Yang stated that although Sanders inspired him to run as a presidential candidate (despite failing), “the math” confirms that Biden will go on to win the nomination.
The End of the Line
At this point, Sanders has virtually no real path of winning the Democrat Party’s nomination. Moments ago, Americans learned of the socialist’s victory in North Dakota; however, this doesn’t serve as nearly enough ammunition for Sanders to jump ahead of Biden in delegate count.

Earlier this month, the Vermont senator stated that he will suspend his campaign if Biden has more delegates than him at the convention. Right now, Biden is leading Sanders by epic proportions with the DNC still working on the former’s behalf.
All things considered, no one should be surprised if Bernie Sanders’ candidacy comes to an end within the next week or so.
