An MS-13 gang member is currently facing charges for allegedly raping a 14-year-girl before using video of the assault to further blackmail and humiliate her.
What Happened?
52-year-old Felix Silva-Zuniga will appear before the Montgomery County Circuit Court next week. Zuniga faces allegations of giving gang members $100 in order to rape a 14-year-old girl before taping the assault and then using it as leverage to further abuse the young girl.

The Backstory
Fox News provided the following report on this matter:
“When the teen told the gang she wanted to quit her job, authorities said the MS-13 members took her to a house on Valley View Avenue in Kensington and beat her with a baseball bat.
An affidavit filed in the case quotes a source who said they saw the girl after she was beaten and she had discolored arms and legs. According to the affidavit, the girl was then pimped by the gang to men willing to pay $100 to have sex with her.”
While walking to Umberto’s Night Club with an MS-13 gang member, the 14-year-old girl was order by Willian Benavides-Pena to flirt with “Felix,” an older man. Benavides-Pena obviously knew that the young girl was uncomfortable, yet urged her to proceed anyway:
“I know you don’t want to do it, but I need this, this man has a lot of money and I need you to do me a favor.”
The girl and Felix later rode to a house on Bluhill Road in a taxi. After arriving, Felix ordered the 14-year-old to “get comfortable” before he raped her. This occured after the girl informed him of her age.
To make matters worse, Felix recorded the rape and threatened to go public with it if the 14-year-old did not cooperate with him. Finally, the young girl was able to report the incident to authorities with the Montgomery County Police department following a 2017 arrest of MS-13 gang members.
Authorities began looking for Felix in July 2018 following the report from the 14-year-old girl. After going to the home on Bluhill Road, they were unable to locate Felix. Thankfully, he was later found in Aspen Hill at a Home Depot. Felix was promptly taken into custody by the police; U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement later confirmed Felix’s status as an illegal alien.
He will stand trial for his crimes next week.
