Whenever things are not going in the direction which Democrats would like, they immediately resort to kicking and screaming. When dealing with political adversaries who challenge left-wing policies and sentiments, Democrats name-call, launch character assassinations, and make unsubstantiated claims of criminal wrongdoing.

The latest example of this poor behavior comes for Rep. Maxine Waters. Waters is tragically infamous for making wacky and outlandish statements about Republicans she doesn’t like. The congresswoman recently went as far as to claim that President Trump should be placed into solitary confinement; now, she’s throwing a temper tantrum because Senate Republicans aren’t hopping on the impeachment bandwagon and aiding Democrats in doing their dirty work, as documented by The Daily Caller News Foundation.
A Closer Look at Waters’ Tirade Against Senate Republicans
Yesterday, the congresswoman appeared on MSNBC in order to share remarks. During this time, Waters chose to spew a semi-incoherent rant about how terrible she thinks Senate Republicans are. Why? She feels this way because she, and other Democrats, are aware that their impeachment inquiry is going nowhere and they’ve embarrassed themselves yet again. Just as House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy stated, Nancy Pelosi cannot unilaterally impeach President Trump.
If you need any further insight into Waters’ questionable mental state, the following statements from her should tell you everything you need to know:
“The president is all about himself. Now, if you want to know something, I am disgusted with those spineless members of the Senate who don’t have the guts to stand up for this country. Many of them have defined themselves as patriotic. They’re not patriotic! They are spineless and they’re not willing to step up and do what needs to be done in recognizing the danger of this president!”
Waters also made sure to claim that Senate Republicans are “harming” America by not “coming forward.”
Peak Levels of Trump Derangement Syndrome
If anyone in America has reached peak levels of Trump Derangement Syndrome, it’s certainly Maxine Waters. Since the inception of Trump’s time in politics, Waters has gone after him and after Americans who support him. Remember 2018, when Waters infamously urged her supporters to create crowds around Trump supporters and “push back on them?”

This congresswoman may feel disgusted with Senate Republicans who aren’t aiding the Democrats in undoing the results of the 2016 election, but many Americans are disgusted with Maxine Waters and everything she stands for.
The reality is that no matter how many impeachment inquiries Nancy Pelosi approves, it goes nowhere without the votes from the Senate. Maxine Waters and other Democrats can throw as many fits as they like on national television, but it changes absolutely nothing.
Protecting the Sanctity of Elections
Americans who are honest with themselves and in their right minds are able to see this impeachment inquiry for what it is. Quite frankly, it’s good that Republicans have control of the Senate and are willing to preserve the fairness of this nation’s elections.

Democrats have spent years trying to undo Trump’s rightful victory; this impeachment inquiry is simply one of many pitiful attempts to remove the president from office. This latest move has already begun to backfire on the Democrat Party and Maxine Waters is certainly not doing the left-wing any favors.
