Throughout her presidential campaign, 2020 Democrat Kamala Harris has repeatedly gone after President Trump and those in his inner circle. Harris is not alone in doing this, however; it’s a common trademark of 2020 Democrats who are currently running.
Like her in-party opponents, Harris knows that she will not be able to beat President Trump in a general election based on policy and merit. Therefore, she has to claim that the president has broken the law; this is why Democrats continue to stump for impeachment, despite the lack of supporting evidence and votes.

However, when sitting down for an interview with CNN, Harris was caught in her lie. When host Anderson Cooper questioned Harris about precisely which laws Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani has broken, Harris couldn’t answer the question because she didn’t know.
Still, this didn’t stop her from continuing to accuse Giuliani of criminal activity, per reports from The Daily Caller News Foundation.
Everything You Need to Know about Harris’ Latest Slip-Up
On Friday, Harris made a series of accusations which she simply couldn’t support. In light of the ongoing impeachment inquiry, it appears as though this pattern is one that starts from the top. When speaking with the CNN host, Harris declared that Giuliani’s actions have “clearly broken many laws” and are “further evidence of corruption” from the president’s administration.

When questioned on the specific laws which she believed Giuliani has breached, this is when Harris fumbled. By her own admission, she “doesn’t know,” but this didn’t stop her from sticking with the narrative anyway. After admitting that she didn’t know what she was talking about, Harris continued speaking as if Giuliani were guilty.
In Harris’ own words:
“We’re going to find out. I think that the range includes not only abuse of power and perhaps misstatement and mischaracterization of his role and his responsibilities, but I also really do wonder, just instinctively, whether there’s been any bribery associated with Giuliani’s conduct. I think there are a number of questions to be asked, and once the facts are transparent and have been available for Congress at the very beginning to see it, I think we’ll know what laws have been broken.”
Listen to Harris’ statements for yourself:
So, in a nutshell, Harris’ assertions that Giuliani has engaged in lawbreaking behavior is all “thought” with no concrete evidence to support it. Again, this draws yet another parallel to the impeachment inquiry which House Democrats are determined to stick with, despite the lack of supporting evidence.
Thoughts vs. Evidence
Kamala Harris’ willingness to go on about Giuliani’s supposed lawbreaking, despite the lack of evidence, is yet another reason why she doesn’t belong in the White House. By the 2020 Democrat’s own admission, she couldn’t even cite which laws she believed the president’s attorney breached.

What we’re witnessing at this time in America is a bunch of Democrats who are running scared. The desperation to beat Trump is eating Democrats alive and they’re willing to do or say anything which reflects poorly upon their competition. The one silver lining in all this is that evidence counts in a court of law, instead of unfounded “thoughts.”
