When someone’s first act on U.S. soil is the commission of a crime, that says quite a lot about them. Despite what Democrats have attempted to claim, illegal immigration is not a harmless act; it ripples out in multiple destructive ways and causes problems for everyone.
One of the greatest tragedies of illegal immigration is the reality that its perpetrators see absolutely nothing wrong with their behavior. By contrast, illegal aliens actually feel justified in their criminal activity and entitled to be in America on their own terms, immigration laws be damned.

Recently, DACA recipients and other illegal immigrants held protests outside of the Supreme Court. As the illegals convened, officials inside the Court discussed what’s to come for DACA; although, recipients of the program flagrantly vowed to remain in the country, despite what the Supreme Court decides, per reports from Breitbart News.
The attitude of entitlement from folks who have no legal rights to be in America, to begin with, is absolutely astounding.
What You Should Know About Illegal Aliens’ Latest Warning
The illegal aliens who protested outside of the Supreme Court are, of course, being backed by various left-wing groups and organizations. Greisa Martinez Rosas, the United We Dream deputy executive director declared that illegal aliens are “walking out to defend DACA.” She also made clear that illegals are “here to stay,” regardless of whether or not the Supreme Court signs off on that.
Various DACA recipients who got their 15 minutes of fame also boldly declared that they’re “undocumented and unafraid.” This is a common talking point for many illegal aliens who apparently believe that this nation’s immigration laws are beneath them. Various signs held up by DACA recipients also contained messages reading, “home is here,” “undocumented and unafraid,” and “no human being is illegal.”
The Need to Uphold the Immigration Laws
Democrats are the reason why DACA recipients and other illegal aliens feel entitled to remain in America regardless of the Supreme Court’s ruling. The left has consistently coddled lawbreakers and made them out to be this protected class that inherently deserves privileges. In doing this, Democrats also demonize immigration enforcement officers and anyone else who doesn’t turn a blind eye to unlawful border crossings.

When breaking the law is an individual’s very first act on American territory, it really sets a tone and precedent for what’s to come. There are many immigrants who have followed the laws and come to this country the right way. Illegal immigration is not only a slap in the face to law-abiding immigrants, but also to the American people.
The fact that illegal aliens are so comfortable with boldly professing that they will further break the law speaks volumes about how much work there is to be done on immigration reform.
