Unfortunately, Rep. Ilhan Omar is back in the news again.
This time, the newly elected congresswoman has raised eyebrows due to her statements about President Trump. If you let Omar tell it, she is apparently Trump’s “biggest nemesis,” as documented by Fox News.
It’s worth noting that Omar has repeatedly found herself in the press for making flagrantly anti-Semitic and anti-American remarks.
Omar’s Public Statements Regarding President Trump
During a recent interview with The Huffington Post, Omar played the race card and the victim card, alleging that the president dislikes black women who view themselves as his equals.
In the congresswoman’s own words:
“He clearly has a disdain for black women who see themselves as equal to him. And so, for many people, it’s not a surprise that he finds his biggest nemesis in me. Clearly, I am a nightmare because he can’t stop really thinking about ways that he can continue to use my identity to marginalize our communities.”
Omar furthermore accused President Trump of demonizing various groups in order to rise to power.
This is a president who has come to power vilifying and demonizing immigrants and refugees. He proudly said we should halt Muslims from entering our country.

President Trump and Rep. Omar are certainly on opposite sides of the political aisle; however, it’s quite interesting that of all the politicians and adversaries that Trump has faced, Omar believes she’s the “biggest” enemy of the president.
The Fact of the Matter
When it’s all said and done, the fact of the matter is that Omar’s time in Congress has been riddled by anti-Semitic comments, the dismissal of 9/11 and blaming America for the crisis which is currently underway in Venezuela.
This congresswoman constantly makes insane remarks about this country and about tragedies which have taken place in this country; then, she turns around and wonders why people question how she truly feels about America.
It seems like Omar’s time would be better spent working on herself and being mindful of her public statements, instead of deluding herself into believing she’s President Trump’s “biggest nemesis.”
