House Democrat Caught Stealing Bibles, Faces GOP Ethics Complaint

A trio of Arizona State House GOP representatives lodged an official ethics complaint against Democratic Arizona State Rep. Stephanie Stahl-Hamilton, accusing her of “unethical conduct and behavior unbecoming of a member of the Arizona House of Representatives.”

This development follows last week’s revelation that the representative concealed Bibles in various locations within the House members-only lounge, with the intention of keeping them away from other members.

Ordained Minister in Congress Hides Bibles to Keep Them Away from Others

As reported by the Gateway Pundit, Rep. Stephanie Stahl-Hamilton, who claims to be an ordained minister, was captured on a security camera earlier in the month.

She was surreptitiously hiding Bibles by tucking them into couch cushions and stowing them inside the refrigerator of the exclusive House lounge.

Subsequently, she asserted that the scripture “serves as my guiding light” and “influences the choices I make,” a statement that appears disingenuous.

She went on to state that causing offense “was never the objective” of her actions. It is plausible that her genuine motive was to advance a Marxist agenda.

On January 10, 1963, the US House of Representatives documented Communist goal #28, which states, “Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression on the ground that it violates the principle of ‘separation of church and state.'”

Stahl-Hamilton Claims Bible Hiding Was a Joke; Offers Apology to Legislators

Stahl-Hamilton confessed to taking Bibles and concealing them in the House members-only lounge. She offered an apology to her fellow legislators during Wednesday’s House floor session, after journalists confronted her with inquiries about the peculiar footage.

In a statement provided to Arizona Family, Stahl-Hamilton claimed her actions were merely a joke and her professed faith as a Presbyterian minister demonstrates she does not “have a problem with the Bible.”

A CBS 5 reporter in Arizona posted a video on Twitter, capturing the moment they approached Stahl-Hamilton to inquire about her reasons for hiding the Bibles. Instead of responding, she chose to avoid commenting and walked away from the reporter.

Stahl-Hamilton is known for her vehement anti-Trump stance as a Democrat.

When Trump appeared in Washington DC at St. John’s Church, holding a Bible after the church was set ablaze during the 2020 George Floyd riots, Stahl-Hamilton expressed her disapproval in a tweet, describing the scene as “disgusting.”
