In the wake of Bud’s Light’s plummeting sales, Yuengling Brewery has begun filling the void left behind in the consumer market with patriotic cans.
D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc, a Pennsylvania-based brand, founded in 1829, released its “Let’s Go USA” limited edition to honor American servicemembers.
This was done in cooperation with Team Red, White, and Blue, a non-profit aimed at assisting veterans with mental and physical health.
Breaking Down the Facts
The company has seen a recent surge in sales at 14.7%, with Coors Lite and Miller Lite not far behind at 10.9% and 12.8%.
Anheuser-Busch has fallen by 12.5% with its subsidiary Bud Light down over 21.4%, CEO Michael Doukeris recently disavowed the company’s ties to trans-influencer Dylan Mulvaney.
This happened after the disastrous marketing spree, with Doukeris saying “We need to clarify the facts that this was one can, one influencer, one post, and not a campaign.”

Both Yuengling and Team RWB have teamed up with former Bud Light ambassador and country music singer Lee Brice to promote their special new product.
“I am delighted to be part of Yuengling’s actions to sustain Team Red, White & Blue with these limited-edition cans. I can’t think of anything more pleasing than hailing our troops with a sociable, cold Yuengling beer this summer.” Lee Brice said.
The cans feature desert camo with the Team RWB logo, in addition to a QR code featuring opportunities to win tickets to Lee Brice’s upcoming tour and Yuengling’s July 9 free concerts. This article appeared in The Political Globe and has been published here with permission.
