In the world of politics, birds of a feather truly do flock together. This is even more accurate when dealing with partisanship, elections, and working to take out the competition.
Throughout the course of this primary election season, multiple Democrats have attempted to win their party’s nomination and go on to face President Trump in the general election. While the primary season still remains ongoing, several candidates have already bowed out of the race. Lack of funding, lack of strategy, and other factors certainly have roles to play in the series of unsuccessful campaigns from Democrat candidates.

In the wake of all this, twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton decided to throw in her two cents. Breitbart News reports Clinton’s attempt to offer a word of encouragement to defeated candidates; this encouragement came yesterday when Kamala Harris finally ended her campaign for president of the United States.
Reviewing Clinton’s Message to Failed 2020 Democrats
Hillary Clinton made the case to failed Democrat candidates that “fighting for what [they] believe in” is a noble endeavor. The only problem with this is that what Democrats believe in is perilous to the success and foundation of this country.
There are countless examples to cite, but socialism, higher taxes, ending private healthcare, etc. are only just a few. Instead of giving cute little pep talks, someone needs to get real with Democrats and help them understand why they lost and why they will continue to use.
Left-wing radicalism may work for awhile amongst a certain base, but eventually, failure is inevitable. The policies of Kamala Harris, Kirsten Gillibrand, and other failed 2020 Democrats certainly wouldn’t fly in a general election. Appealing to multiple demographics, as opposed to just extreme progressives, is a skill which Democrats continue to lack…and it shows.
More to Come
There are still several Democrats who are presently running to win their party’s nomination. In light of the abysmal poll numbers which several of these candidates are facing, it’s only a matter of time before more drop-outs take place. It also wouldn’t be shocking to see one or more Democrats end their presidential campaigns before 2020 arrives.

Failed 2020 Democrats might feel good about the tweet Clinton put out yesterday; however, the failed candidate’s message did nothing and failed to give Democrats a much-needed reality check.
