Over the past few weeks, failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has made a series of increasingly bizarre statements regarding President Trump; Clinton’s furthermore chosen to deliver these statements in interviews and on social media. Some of the strangest ones of all include claiming that she wants a “rematch” with the president and alleging that she can beat him “again.”

During an interview earlier this month, the failed candidate professed that Trump is “obsessed” with her; yesterday, Clinton stated that the president has engaged in “high crimes and misdemeanors.” As someone with a proven track record of lying, the falsehoods of these claims are not shocking at all.
Since the Democrats launched an impeachment inquiry, Hillary Clinton has made it a point to pop back out of the woodwork and insert herself in current events. There’s already word that she’s begun to offer advice to various 2020 Democrats who are hoping to face President Trump in the upcoming general election.
A Closer Look at Clinton’s Latest Statements about President Trump
Yesterday, Clinton took to Twitter and, for some unknown reason, stated that “keeping up” with President Trump’s “high crimes and misdemeanors” is challenging. Interestingly enough, Clinton declined to cite which high crimes and misdeameanors she believes the president has committed.
This statement comes in the wake of the failed presidential candidate making various appearances and explaining why she views impeachment as merited. Of course, Clinton’s support of the impeachment inquiry comes as a shock to absolutely no one.
At the end of the day, this all boils down to sour grapes; Clinton is still bitter about losing the 2016 election to President Trump. This is why she continues to slam the president in interviews and make petty remarks on Twitter.
In actuality, it’s all very sad.
Since Clinton’s unasked-for statements, Trump has censured her and even dared her to run again in 2020. As you might imagine, the failed presidential candidate took the bait and tweeted that Trump shouldn’t “tempt her” to make another run for office.
The Last of Hillary Clinton?
Unfortunately, it’s highly unlikely that Americans have heard the last of Hillary Clinton. The impeachment inquiry is far from over and with the 2020 presidential election season here, Clinton seemingly can’t help herself when it comes to getting in petty jabs at the president.
It’s not a good look for her at all and it simply goes to show why America made the right decision in rejecting her interest to become the next president.
