GOP Roasts Biden Over First Year in Office

As most of the country is very much aware of, Thursday, January 20 officially marked Biden’s first year as being president of the United States.

As to be expected, the White House took to various social media platforms to celebrate the one-year anniversary of their time in power.

Judging from the rhetoric of the Biden administration, they seem to believe they’ve done a pretty good job; however, this is a far cry from what much of the rest of America believes.

On Thursday, various conservatives and members of the Republican Party didn’t mince words in sharing their views about Biden’s one-year anniversary as president, Breitbart News confirms.

The Scathing Press Conference

Yesterday, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy was joined by GOP conference chairwoman Rep. Elise Stefanik and other Republicans. These GOP leaders went into explicit details about the series of ways Biden failed this republic.

Stefanik pointed out the myriad hardships facing the country, such as national security threats, rising COVID cases, inflation, mounting public safety threats, and more.

The GOP conference chairwoman shortly thereafter pointed out that Biden, along with his allies in the Senate and House, are directly responsible for the aforementioned problems facing America.

During the press conference, other Republicans pointed out additional issues that the 46th president bears accountability for, yet won’t own up to. These issues include rising attacks against parents, surging leftist medical authoritarianism, and more.

Time and time again, the GOP has committed to delivering for the nation’s citizens, should their party win back the House and Senate. At this time, things appear very much aligned for the GOP to win Congress.

Empty Promises of Unity

When House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy had the floor on Thursday, he mentioned Biden’s promise a year ago to foster unity. As the GOP leader rightfully stated, Biden’s been fighting for one-party dominance, rather than unity or bipartisanship.

These empty promises of unity are undoubtedly a contributing factor to why the 46th president is standing at a laughable 33% in the poll.

His inability to focus his attention on economic issues (notwithstanding all the polls calling for Biden to do this) isn’t doing him any favors either.

Earlier this week, during his own one-on-one press conference with the media, Biden admitted the polls showing increasingly lower marks for him aren’t something he “believes.”

At the rate things are going, it becomes growingly more apparent that Biden doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing. The 46th president recently told the country he “outperformed,” however, such a notion is absurd for a president with a 33% approval rating.
