Vaccine passports are a very real issue, one that stems from the COVID-19 vaccine. Even prior to this vaccine’s inception, there were some Americans who worried that the agenda to force this vaccine onto folks would soon materialize.

Over the past several months, calls for vaccine passports have surged. Democrat governors are already bringing them into action in leftist states; meanwhile, many Republican governors have taken proactive measures to block the implementation of vaccine passport programs.

Now, the Biden administration has claimed that it will not pursue any program requiring each American to receive a vaccination credential; likewise, the White House maintains that it won’t implement a federal vaccine passport program, but will instead leave this matter up to the private sector.

History has shown that Democrats often say one thing and do something entirely different. This is why GOP Sen. Ted Cruz has submitted legislation to ban vaccine passport programs, as Breitbart News reports.

The No Vaccine Passports Act

Yesterday, Sen. Cruz spoke with Fox News regarding the inspiration behind his No Vaccine Passports Act. The Texas Republican explained that while he personally believes that vaccines are “terrific,” he does not believe that anyone should be forced to take the vaccine.

This is why the No Vaccine Passports Act bans the federal government and employers from requiring Americans to accept the coronavirus vaccine. Cruz also stated that employers who opt to fire workers who do not get vaccinated against COVID-19 are partaking in discrimination.

Cruz then noted Biden’s previous claim that his administration and the federal government will not mandate vaccine passports. The congressman then claimed that if this is true, then Democrats should have no issues with supporting the No Vaccine Passports Act.

Finally, Cruz pointed out the extent to which his bill protects Americans’ medical privacy. Cruz pointed out that with the No Vaccine Passports Act, Americans won’t be mandated to disclose confident health information or face discrimination for not taking the COVID-19 vaccine.

The Continued Vaccine Passport Debate

Right now, the vaccine passport debate remains ongoing in the United States.

What is most interesting of all is that some of the folks professing to be “pro-choice” do not believe in leaving folks the choice to not take the COVID-19 vaccine. Likewise, some of the most outspoken critics against voter ID laws have no issues with vaccine passports.

There is no plausible reason for vaccine passports in the United States. At this time, three different vaccines are available; furthermore, each one is out there for folks who want them.

There is only one purpose a vaccine passport program would serve: the control and manipulation of Americans whilst ostracizing and punishing those who choose to forgo the COVID-19 vaccine.
