The Democrat Party has not minced words when discussing their positions on immigration. If the left had their way, illegal aliens would pour in at will and commit as many crimes as they like with no legal repercussions. In the Democrats’ descent into radicalism, they’ve decided to turn up their noses at even the slightest mention of law and order.
According to the left, anyone who believes in legal immigration and entering the country by following the rules is racist. Several 2020 Democrats have even called to “decriminalize” unlawful border crossings, a measure which is nothing short of government-sanctioned illegal immigration.

Now, Tom Homan, the former acting secretary of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), is issuing a very dire warning to Americans. According to The Daily Caller News Foundation, Homan maintains that immense problems will take place at the Southern border if a Democrat wins the 2020 presidential election.

On Sunday, the former acting ICE secretary plainly stated that America is “in trouble” if a Democrat weasels their way into the White House next year.
Homan continued by explaining that Democrats’ far-left rhetoric of abolishing ICE and handing out freebies only incentivizes migrants to illegally enter the United States. However, Homan also pointed out that President Trump is “successful,” in spite of the left’s attempts to thwart him at every turn.
Finally, the former ICE chief warned that America will “collapse” and be subjected to an “out-of-control border” if President Trump doesn’t win the 2020 election. Homan’s interview and warning to the nation come as extreme 2020 Democrats continue to campaign on allowing illegal aliens to lawlessly run amok.
Upholding Immigration Laws & Border Security
Keeping the radical left away from the White House is the best strategy for upholding immigration laws and preserving border security. Contrary to what the Democrat Party tells people, expecting migrants to adhere to the immigration rules is not evil, racist, or immoral; neither is screening people who want to come to America.

At the end of the day, immigration is a privilege, not a right. Homan’s warning to the country has merit and we would all be wise to heed what he said on Sunday. Time and time again, Democrats have proven that they do not have America’s best interests at heart, especially when it comes to immigration and border security.
