Democrats Are Losing Big Time Support From Black Voters

At this time, the Democrat Party has power over the White House, the Senate, and the House of Representatives. Yet, the results have been disastrous.

For one thing, our country’s economy is barely hanging on by a thread. At the same time, the southern border is being overrun by illegal crossings and drugs like fentanyl pouring in.

As Democrats dominate the federal government, crime is also on the rise and surveys show most Americans don’t approve of the direction the nation is heading.

As the nation gets a firsthand look at all that Democratic leadership entails, it’s not playing out so well for the left. In fact, new polling demonstrates that Democrats are losing support from black voters, per The Blaze.

Another Poor Sign For Democrats

Today, congressional Democrats only enjoy 74% of support from African-American voters. Yet, just a few years ago, this support stood at around 85%. This drop is significant and shows the impacts of left-wing policies are hurting minorities across the United States.

On CNN, a pollster pointed out that as black support for Democrats falls, black support for Republicans is rising. A few years ago, African-American support for the GOP stood at about 9%, but today, it stands at 12%.

Biden himself is also suffering with black voters. For the better part of 2021, African-American voters backed the president to the tune of 87%. Though from August to September of this year, Biden’s black support has dropped to just 64%.

If the Democrat Party continues losing African-American support at this rate, the party won’t have much of a viable future. Then again, with Biden in office, he’s already doing quite a bit of damage to the party.

A Disaster of Democrats’ Own Making

For months on end, the Democrat Party has been able to see growing amount of polls showing Americans’ concerns about inflation, crime, and the future of the United States.

Yet, Democrats are continuing to hitch their wagons to policies that don’t work. Biden, for instance, is planning to fundraise later this week and deliver remarks about what he views as economic advancements under his administration.

Unfortunately, on Biden’s watch, people are still being laid off from their jobs. The spending bills that Congress passed on Democrats’ watch are also leading to higher prices and lower consumer confidence levels.

When the White House is asked about these various failures on the president’s watch, there’s not much urgency from them to make changes that benefit people who are struggling.

For this reason, voters are deciding enough is enough and subsequently turning to new leadership.
