CNN and MSNBC Fail to Report on Trump-Hitler Comparison

In typical mainstream media fashion, the press has once again refused to cover certain news or stories, reports The Daily Caller News Foundation. This is one of many reasons why the media regularly faces criticism from conservatives and supporters of President Trump.

A Closer Look at the Trump-Hitler Comparison

During remarks at the Friendship Baptist Church, Rep. Hank Johnson decided to share his personal thoughts about the president of the United States. As one might guess, his commentary was not at all complimentary.

Johnson delivered the following statements to his audience:

“Americans, particularly black Americans, can’t afford to make that same mistake about the harm that could be done by a man named Hitler or a man named Trump. Hitler was accepting of violence towards the achievement of political objectives. Trump encouraged violence against protesters at his rallies, and his messaging about Charlottesville — that there were bad people on both sides — sent a powerful message of approval to the far-right racists in America.”

You can watch for yourself here:

Apparently, outlets such as CNN and MSNBC did not cover Johnson’s commentary. However, Fox News did; on Thursday night, ‘Tucker Carlson Tonight,’ ‘Fox News at Night with Shannon Bream,’ and ‘Hannity’ reported the obscene comparison between President Trump and Adolf Hitler.

The Demonization of President Trump

Comparisons between Trump and Hitler are common talking points of individuals who dislike the president of the United States. Trump’s critics, like Hank Johsnson, have ongoingly referred to him as a racist without any substantial or supportive facts. Quite frankly, it’s gotten extremely old, especially to Americans who are able to look at facts and evidence from objective standpoints.
