FBI director warns of China’s threat to national security
In the face of opposition at national, state, and local levels, Green Township Supervisor Jim Chapman ardently advocates for the Chinese Communist Party-linked battery facility.
During the balmy months of 2022, FBI Director Christopher Wray, alongside MI5’s British equivalent Ken McCallum, sounded the alarm on the menace China poses to national security.
Wray cautioned that Chinese enterprises serve as vehicles for swaying local and state administrations, stating, “The Chinese administration presents a graver threat to Western commerce than even numerous astute businesspeople comprehend.”
Furthermore, he revealed, “The Chinese Embassy cautioned U.S. firms that to maintain operations in China, they must combat legislative proposals in our Congress that China disapproves of.”
Wray divulged that every dozen hours, the FBI inaugurates a fresh counterintelligence inquiry concerning China.
