Burger King is one of the most well-known fast food establishments in North America.

It’s not uncommon for people to run by a Burger King drive-thru or order the food through a delivery app like DoorDash, UberEats, or Grubhub.

However, despite the popularity of fast food places like Burger King, they certainly aren’t without controversy.

For instance, there are many people who argue that Burger King isn’t all that healthy and therefore does consumers more harm than good.

Today, Burger King has greater issues other than debates about the health of food on their menus.

According to Fox Business, Burger King is being accused of engaging in “consumer fraud” and therefore facing a class-action lawsuit.

According to the class-action lawsuit filed in Florida, Burger King is accused of lying in advertisements about the sizes of its sandwiches.
