The 2020 presidential election has allowed Americans to get a closer look at Biden and his utter lack of fitness to become the next leader of the free world. As the former vice president runs for office, he’s developed a habit of crediting himself for his wins and blaming others for his losses. Ultimately, Biden’s series of blunders and poor policies have contributed to the problems that he’s had throughout this election.

New reports from the Washington Examiner confirmed that Biden is continuing his pattern of attributing his losses and failures to others. Yesterday, the former vice president declared that his latest campaign struggles are the fault of the press. Biden hit the press for “challenging” him and predicted that “more focus on the reality” will come as the 2020 race goes on.
A Closer Look at Biden’s Attempt to Pass the Buck
A politician who ongoingly refuses to take accountability for their own failures has no business being anywhere near the presidency. In the case of Biden, he’s not only failing to be accountable, but he’s also refusing to engage in honest discourse.
When the former vice president was asked about his plans to appeal to Americans from different political backgrounds, he spiraled off into a monologue about how the media is victimizing him. Per Biden’s own admission, he believes the press spent the last five months “going after [him].” He continued by stating that since “other candidates have risen,” the media will most likely cease to “challenge” him and instead cover “who’s for what and what can get done.”
At this point in the 2020 race, Biden is fighting to maintain his frontrunner status as Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders continue to serve as formidable rivals against him.
A False Sense of Martyrdom
The former vice president’s attempt to present himself as someone who is being unfairly maligned by the press is nothing short of downright laughable. The media is not “challenging” Biden, but merely reporting on his various gaffes, errors, and mistakes which are impossible to ignore.

If anything, the press has actually gone out of their way to not cover the ways in which Biden lied about the corruption involving his family and Ukraine. The media would have people believe that Trump pushed a quid-pro-quo with the Ukrainian government when it was really Biden all along. If the former vice president thinks he’s being “challenged” by the press now, he’s not in any shape to face Trump in a general election.
