Joe Biden’s false remarks about coronavirus precede his presidency, yet have worsened and become more outrageous since January 20.
The Democrat president very much wants Americans to believe that his administration is solely responsible for COVID-19 vaccine progress. This just isn’t true, though; Biden was called out for multiple lies about his work on coronavirus when he delivered a primetime address on March 11.
Despite the narrative of this current president, he inherited the gains of the Trump administration. After all, Operation Warp Speed is what led to the development and fast tracking of the coronavirus vaccine.
Biden’s continued exaggerations about his work against COVID-19 have only triggered more criticism against him, as Newsmax reports.
Refuting Lies from President Biden
Biden is not being honest with the American public. The 46th president’s claim that he bears responsibility for the administering of one million coronavirus vaccines per day is simply false; the truth is that this rate stems from the work and progress of the Trump administration.
Why did President Biden tell Americans to wait until July 4th to gather in ways that cities, states, and the CDC approve right now?
Why did he present a million vaccines per day as a personal “Mission Accomplished” moment when it’s simply the pace Democrats inherited in January?

On Monday, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell refuted the lies from President Biden. McConnell, who has also criticized Trump, stated that Biden could not honestly claim one million daily COVID-19 vaccines as a “personal “Mission Accomplished”” when this milestone builds from Trump’s White House.
The GOP congressional leader also stated that President Biden “missed the mark” when discussing America’s road ahead last week. McConnell noted that Biden apparently remains out of touch with how Americans are behaving now in response to the virus, the vaccine, etc.
The Truth About a Return to Normal
The American people are not sitting back and waiting for Biden to be the arbiter of when a return to normal can happen. States like Florida, Texas, Georgia, Oklahoma, etc., are open for business; meanwhile, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is reporting notably high rates of travel.
On Thursday, President Biden spoke in a heartfelt way about grief and loss. But his vision for the road ahead missed the mark. His proclamations broke with Dr. Fauci and his own CDC and ignored what Americans are already doing now. It was like a speech for an alternate universe.

As long as President Biden continues to seek credit for the work of the Trump administration, Republicans will continue to call him out. Many Americans have furthermore rejected Biden’s premise that he gets to decide how the nation celebrates the 4th of July.
What do you think about Joe Biden trying to take credit for all of the work on the COVID-19 vaccine? Do you believe this president is out of touch on where the nation largely stands on getting back to normal? Let us know in the comments section below.
