There is almost always a silver lining in virtually every situation or circumstance which may appear as hopeless or disastrous.
In the case of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, that silver lining came in the form of an 8-year-old little girl who recently went viral for her dead-on impersonation of the self-professed “radical” congresswoman, as documented by Fox News.
Reviewing AOC’s Adorable Impersonator
Ocasio-Cortez is infamous for the senseless, ridiculous statements and gaffes which she makes on the regular. This is something which 8-year-old Ava Martinez has picked up on, just like the rest of America. In a video recorded by her stepfather Salvatore Schachter, Ava dons glasses and red lipstick, setting her as a dead ringer for Ocasio-Cortez.
Ava then goes on to do the best AOC impression ever:

Ava’s impression of Ocasio-Cortez was extremely well-received. The video has been viewed more than one million times and many people have responded with various forms of praise. Common feedback revolves around the idea that Ava would do a better job in Congress than Ocasio-Cortez and that the congresswoman could actually learn something from her adorable impersonator.
Thus far, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has not publically responded to Ava Martinez’s impersonation of her looks and talking points.
The Need for a Silver Lining
In a political world which is full of nonsense, conspiracy theories, and Democrats who are deadset on attacking the president no matter what, the need for a silver lining is more apparent than ever. One of the greatest things about the internet in 2019 is that virtually anyone can weigh in on important issues and provide their take.
Salvatore Schachter noted that Ava’s resemblance to Ocasio-Cortez served as a large inspiration for the impersonation video. Ava also enjoys acting and performing, so the mock skit came to her quite naturally.
